1. Campaign period
The “100% Money Back for 1 Lucky Customer Daily” campaign runs for orders placed from 12:01 AM IST on 29 October 2026 to 11:59 PM IST on 10 November 2026. Each calendar day (12:01 AM–11:59 PM IST) is one draw day.
2. Eligibility
- Open to customers in India aged 18 or above.
- Only prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) placed on prootto.com with an order value of ₹399 or more after discounts are eligible. Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible unless paid online before the entry list is locked.
- Orders using discount codes or offers are eligible.
- Cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent or disputed (charge-back) orders are not eligible and will be removed or disqualified.
- Employees of Prootto / Riva Ventures and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Each eligible order is one entry. A customer may win only once during the campaign (one win per email address and per phone number).
3. Entry
Entry is automatic once payment is confirmed. No separate form is needed. The entry list for each draw day is locked at 12:00 PM IST the following day and published on the draw page with order numbers only (and first names of customers who opted in), together with a SHA-256 fingerprint of the list.
4. Draw
- One winner is selected for each draw day, live at 1:00 PM IST the following day (first draw 30 October 2026, last draw 11 November 2026).
- The winner is selected at random using the public random number published by the drand network (drand.love) for 1:00 PM IST. Winning position = (random number) modulo (number of entries) in the locked list. This method is independent of Prootto and can be verified by anyone.
- If a selected entry is ineligible or the winner cannot be verified, a redraw is made using the next drand round, and this is shown on the draw page.
5. Prize
- The winner receives a refund of 100% of the amount actually paid for the wiper blade products in the winning order (after any discounts applied to those items).
- Other products, shipping charges and Cash-on-Delivery charges are not included.
- The refund is processed after the order is delivered, to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days of delivery.
- The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. If the winning order is cancelled or returned, the prize is forfeited.
6. Winner verification and announcement
We will contact the winner by phone, WhatsApp or email using the details on the order. The winner must respond within 48 hours; otherwise a redraw may be made. Winners are shown on the draw page by order number, and by first name only if they ticked “Show my first name if I win” in their cart. We never publish phone numbers, email addresses, addresses or payment details.
7. General
- Prootto may disqualify entries that it reasonably believes involve fraud, misuse or manipulation.
- Prootto may modify, suspend or end the campaign if required by law or circumstances beyond its control, with notice on this page.
- Where any state or local law restricts promotions of this kind, the campaign is void to that extent.
- Personal data is used only to run this campaign and fulfil orders, in line with our privacy policy.
- Prootto's decision on all matters relating to the campaign is final. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
