Cancellation Policy

After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange (see refund policy below).
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resell able condition.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or special order items.
Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
Shipping Charges:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.
